Ingredients:
TVARŮŽKY:
• 8 discs of olomoucký tvarůžky
• 8 slices of salami (e.g. Hungarian or you
    can equally use kostelecký uherák
    or křemešník)
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons of milk
• fine flour
• breadcrumbs
• oil
LEPENICE:
• 500 g of potatoes
• 3 tablespoons of milk
• 500 g of pickled cabbage
• 1 onion
• 1 table spoon of lard
• a handful of parsley
• pepper
• salt

Method:
Place a slice of salami between two discs of cheese. Fix it with a toothpick, coat it in breadcrumbs and fry until golden. Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and mash with boiled milk
Peel and finely cut the onion, fry it in the lard, add the chopped cabbage and boil for a while. Mix the cabbage into the mashed potatoes, add the chopped parsley add salt and pepper to taste.
